She talks about some Facebook habits regarding to the development of new features of their products. So how does Facebook build a product that is on the right track and enhances users’ satisfaction? Three steps: first, define people problem with clear statement; second, find out the problem that is the most worth solving for people; third, set measurable goals and metrics for success before launching a product.
